The Permit Center provides general information for any type of development within the City limits. Building permits assure that structures are built to nationally-recognized standards, as well as designed to ensure that buildings are structurally safe and hazard free. Land use permits assure that structures meet zoning requirements and comply with environmental regulations.
All permits (Building Permits, Land Use ,Engineering applications) must be applied online at MBP (mybuildingpermit.com). If you are a new applicant, you must create an account to login. Once you login, you will find options that will guide you through the process.
