City of Edmonds - Washington

On Monday, October 5, Mayor Mike Rosen presented the 2027-2028 Biennial Budget (Proposed) at the Edmonds Waterfront Center. City Administrator Stephanie Lucash, Parks & Recreation Director Angie Feser, Public Works Director Andy Rheaume, Planning Director Mike Clugston, and Police Chief Loi Dawkins also spoke at the presentation. 

They summarized what each of their departments specifically do, what their goals are for the budget period, and unmet needs that pose challenges for their staff.

The budget will now go through the review and approval process by Edmonds City Council.
