Public Records

Public records requests are managed by the Public Records Officer. Responsive records will be assembled for your review and/or reproduced in either a hard-copy or digital format. Please note there is a charge for paper copies, please see the Public Records Fee Schedule for more information.

To submit a request for public records, please select "Public Records Request" from the menu on the left or click here.

Please click on the Permit Record Search link if you are seeking property information such as permits, building or site drawings, including Planning, Building, and Engineering records. If you do not find what you are seeking, and the address is within the City of Edmonds city limits, then go to the link above at place a “Public Records Request”.

PERMIT RECORD SEARCH, select the "Development Services" file folder. Permit records are arranged by street (numeric then alpha) and by building address.
