Per 2026 amended WA State Sales Tax law, registration fees, consultation appointment, and box lunches are charged sales tax.

Register before August 31st and receive a 20% discount when signing up for both Sat Oct 3 and Sun Oct 4

saturday september 26 (9:00am – 4:00pm)

Flat fee for all five 60-minute sessions | $130 (plus $13.91 sales tax)
Recordings are viewable on-demand through Dec. 31, 2026

Friday October 2 (1:00 – 4:00pm)

3-hour Afternoon Workshop | $95 (plus $10.16 sales tax)
Includes admission to Sat. Oct. 3 Keynote

SATURDAY October 3 (8:30AM – 4:30pm)

NOTE: Registrants are required to select a full day's combination of workshops and/or sessions. Single workshop/session registration is not available. 

3-hour Morning and Afternoon Workshops | $95 each (plus $10.16 sales tax)
75-minute Morning and Afternoon Sessions | $36 each (plus $3.85 sales tax)
Includes admission to Sat. Oct. 3 Keynote

Sunday October 4  (9:00am – 3:30pm)

NOTE: Registrants are required to select a full day's combination of a workshop and/or sessions. Single workshop/session registration is not available.

Writing Contest Entry | $17 per entry (No tax. See Contest page for instructions)
Box Lunch | $18 (plus $1.93 sales tax. Catered by Panera Bread Co.)

Refund Policy

Refund for registration, less a $15 processing fee, is available until Aug. 31. No refunds after Aug 31.

Non-refundable items are the Contest Entry fee, Consultation Appointment fee, and Box Lunch .
